Lieutenant Scott Ingham

Lieutenant Scott Ingham is a 20 year
veteran of the Coalinga Police Department and a local resident of the community. Lt. Ingham was hired on May 29, 1990 where he has served five years as a patrol officer, 5 years as a School Resource Officer, 5 years as a Sergeant, where he worked various shifts before promoting to his current rank of Lieutenant. Working as Patrol Lieutenant for seven years, Lt. Ingham overseas the day to day operations of the department's administration division.


Lieutenant Darren Blevins

Lt. Blevins is an 18 veteran of the Coalinga police department and a local resident of the community. Lt. Blevins was hired on November 9, 1995 where he began his career as a Reserve officer with the Department. In January 1996 he attended the Basic Police Academy and in July 1996 he was promoted to a full time officer. During his tenure with the department he has held the positions of Field Training Officer, Corporal and was promoted to Sergeant in December 2004 where he was the Department’s Field Training Coordinator and Traffic Sergeant. Lt. Blevins currently overseas the Patrol Division which is the Department’s largest division after working as the Administrative Lieutenant for 2 years.
